New York, New York!

After a stressful two months in which Mark finished work and school, Tricia packed up our entire house of belongings and prepared them for storage. We then loaded everything that we thought that we would need for the next two years into four suitcases and began a multi-week visit with family.

In MaGrath, with Tricia's family, we had a blast! Barbeques, trampoline bouncing, and one day the three of us went with TJ's kids and took over the public swimming pool. Mark helped Rae with his new house and Trishy did lots of early morning swimming.

While in Toronto, with Mark's family, we also took the opportunity to take in the sights of some nearby attractions. First stop was New York, New York! Eve had a great time seeing all of the lights and people at Times Square. She was the main attraction in any store that we entered. Both Tricia and Mark did well with regards to shopping and enjoyed a lot of the interesting sights. The pictures in this post show little Eve loving life in the big apple (Times Square), the flat iron building on the way to Greenwich Village, and Tricia and Mark eating "Seinfeld" black and white cookies (Tricia was much less impressed than Mark with these delicatessens.) We also took in a show at the Marquis Theatre, The Drowsy Chaperone, a very funny musical that we recommend to anyone visiting Manhattan.

Take care and lots of love,

Mark, Tricia, and Eve!
